CharBee is traveling down to Butler University in Indianapolis, Indiana to help setup and train their Center for Urban Ecology's Beekeepers in Top Bar Hive Beekeeping. Beepods.com is installing a Beepod at their facilities for student interaction and community involvement.

 

Bees play an important role in our food systems. This is an introduction to bees and beekeeping. Learn the difference between Wasps and Bees. Discover who's inside the hive and get a glimpse of the precarious history the Bees have had with Man.  Whether you want to start a dance with bees through beekeeping, or just learn of the dance they do to find nectar, this course gets you buzzing. Q&A to follow.
