First Year Beepods Customers

In the first year as a Beepods Customer or as a Beepods Member you receive the following:

1. Access to the Beepods Resource Library and Online Education
2. Access to Phone Support with one of the Beepods Beekeepers
3. Prioritized Service and Maintenance of your Beepods Beekeeping System

For Non-Beepods Member Subsribers or First Year Customers

Beepods offers maintenance contracts and service plans on a quote by quote basis to those organization who would like Beepods to maintain their beekeeping systems completely.

Anyone can Subscribe to be a Beepods Member and have access to the above Service and Support.  If that’s not the case, below is pricing for Support and Service.

• Phone support and service for 1 year -> $50
• Service and Maintenance Calls -> $50/hour plus travel (billed in 15 minute intervals)

All support and service call requests will be given an estimate and require a deposit before execution of on-sight service call.
