3 Easy Recipes – BEE Prepared this Holiday Season

Thanksgiving Dinner and Home for the Holidays

So being that I am not a master chef…

I did a quick survey of some great Holiday uses for honey to keep us thinking about the bees as the hustle and bustle of the season starts.  Quickly, Laura and Sandy rattled off a few great ideas that I will be using this wonderful season.  They all sound extremely healthy, even my favorite recipe courtesy of Laura!

1.  Paleo Cranberries

This delicious cranberry relish was crafted by our resident Alchymist, Sandy. It is a perfect balance of tart and sweet, and is a breeze to prepare. We hope it’s as big of a hit with your family as it is at her house every year! Get the Recipe Here!

2.  Honey Glazed Sprouts

Laura, our Beekeeping Operations Director, suggests this easy to make healthy vegetable for any thanksgiving or friends-giving meal.  She swears that even her friends who hate sprouts, loved it.  Guess you’ll just have to see for yourself.  Get the Recipe Here!

3.  Laura’s Hot Toddy

My favorite by far!  Nothing says winter like sitting around a fire with a steaming cup of heaven in your hands. This is Laura’s go-to, no-fail, Hot Toddy recipe. Our Urban Honey is what makes it shine.  Get the Recipe Here!

Long story short, I’m expecting to eat pretty well this year… and possibly drink some good things, as well.

Happy Holidays and Check out the gifts we have available in our Shop including some Raw Urban Honey!
